My Story

I am an Early Childhood Development Specialist with over 10 years of experience supporting young children and their families through some of the most important years of a child’s life. I’m also a mum and a care provider for individuals with learning disabilities. These experiences have shaped my belief that every child deserves to be understood, and every parent deserves support without judgement.

I wrote a book titled :No More Meltdowns: A Gentle, Practical Guide to Calmer Days, Easier Transitions and Stronger Connections with Your 2–5-Year-Old to give parents, caregivers and early years educators practical, evidence-informed strategies they can use in everyday life.

My goal is  to help you feel  more confident, help children feel more secure and make daily life a little calmer for everyone.

I believe parenting isn’t about being perfect—it’s about building strong, loving relationships that help children feel safe, understood and ready to thrive. I hope this book leaves you feeling encouraged, empowered and reassured that even small changes can make a lasting difference.
